Nido Student’s second student residence to open in Cork, Ashlin House! Open to all third level students, there’s no lottery so you can secure your room online as soon as bookings open, and you can choose from a wide choice of fully furnished ensuite rooms.

Ashlin House student accommodation is home to over 500 students in Cork each year, the residence is made up of 5 blocks each with shared apartments and studio rooms and there is also a one three-bed townhouse.

There is over 500 rooms at Ashlin House, so we know we’ll find the perfect room for your needs. All rooms at Ashlin House come with your own ensuite bathroom, so you don’t need to worry about queuing for the shower in the morning or whose turn it is to clean it! If you prefer life in a shared apartment, we will have a variety of ensuite room types with a shared kitchen and living room, or if you prefer to keep your space just the way you like it, we also have ensuite Studio rooms, where your room contains your own fully equipped kitchenette. Living in one of our three Cork private student residences, you really couldn’t be closer to your college, you’ll be able to travel to and from lectures with ease and utilise the social and study spaces in between, as well as getting around and exploring everything the beautiful city of Cork has to offer.

At Nido, we ensure you are never far away from the excitement of city life. We want you to be able to experience all the local amenities and attractions Cork can offer you as a student from exploring the culture and heritage to inspire studies, to winding down and enjoying a cup of coffee, tasty meal or enjoying a casual cocktail in the city centre.
